Cosmetics Connections is owned by Stephan Otte, who has a background of 31 years in various roles in cosmetic and medical device industries.
Prior to starting Cosmetics Connections, Stephan worked as a global R&D director, project manager and scientist for leading companies like Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, Tupperware’s International Beauty division, and International Flavors & Fragrances. His most recent external roles was that of Global Quality Manager ad-interim with a leading personal care manufacturer .
Stephan is a physicist by training. He earned his master degree (M.Sc.) from University of Amsterdam in 1988, and his doctorate (Ph.D.) in bio-physics from Leiden University in 1992.
Stephan is a certified EU cosmetics safety assessor.
